From a very young age Jewells Malone was destined to be a professional wrestler. Growing up becoming a professional wrestler wasn’t the way she looked at it, Jewells was going to be a professional wrestler. Her journey all began with working out with her first set of weights at age 10. Most 10 year olds wanted barbie’s at that age and it’s not that Jewells didn’t want them, but she wanted to start her journey and she knew she had to be in shape. Being a professional wrestler has also been a dream brought on by her late father. To her, Jewells felt that being able to entertain, fight and look good doing it was another reason to be a wrestler.

Even in her teens, Jewells made it a point that she was to be the centre of attention amongst all her friends. Her sweet, charming and charismatic personality has always naturally attracted people to her. The fact she worked out helped aswell. However, if another girl would come into Jewells’ large circle of friends, they would have to get her “seal of approval” before they could dream of joining in. Jewells always wanted to be surrounded with fun and positive people.

Next to being “Miss Popular”, Jewells also made it very clear to others that she was also the alpha female, thus bullying the bullies and less attractive girls. Jewells has always been “The Girl you Love to Hate”.

Prior to beginning her professional wrestling career, continued expanding her circle of friends by becoming the “Go To Girl” in Toronto’s club scene. This is where she met Mike and Mario of “The Fist Pumpers”, a new and upcoming tag team that she manages. It wasn’t long after that, when she decided to go out and begin training to become a professional wrestler (August 2010).

Throughout training, Ms. Malone continued to make several contacts within the wresting scene, and even was an intern on a wrestling internet radio show for several weeks.

In August 2011, Malone made her debut in Manitoulin, ON in an inter-gender match. Only one week later, she wrested in her first singles match against… Ms. Selezya Sparks.

This was the beginning of a long and currently running feud. In September 2012, at PWA’s “Back 2 Skool” event in Cambridge, ON, Malone and Sparks again faced each other. Unfortunately, Malone did not leave victorious.

This caused Malone to spend more time in training and to study and adopt more aggressive and powerful moves that could finally assist her to beat Sparks (i.e. The Crown Jewells (TKO), Bejewelled Bulldog, and submission “The Last Dance”. Malone couldn’t stand to think of losing to Sparks again, as Malone needs to be the #1.

Over the next few months, Malone faced other pro wrestlers, broadening her experience and skills.

On January 14th, 2012, Jewells successfully defeated Sparks to gain the PWA Elite Woman’s Championship. The satisfaction of becoming the Elite Womens Champion was a rush for Jewells. After the event Sparks attacked Jewells, who was doing an interview for the website, and demanded a rematch. Disgusted and insulted, Jewells willingly accepted the challenge. The hatred between the two is bubbling over.

On February 24th, 2012, Jewells will defend her Elite Womens title against Sparks. This time, Jewells states that she will put an end to the rivalry between Sparks and retain her title. The Tri-City Roller Girls will act as Lumberjills in this match.

Jewells strongly believes that Champions should have class, skill and charisma – all characteristics that she holds. “Fans want to see someone represent a wresting promotion’s championship in an honorable manner. Nobody wants a champion who tells them to “Shut up” or has no respect for the rules of wrestling. Someone like Sparks, doesn’t have the capability of honoring this title. I, on the other hand can do that. I am thrilled that fans want to see me and I love seeing them and being able to entertain them and put a smile on their faces, young and old. February 24th will be yet another great day for me, and PWA fans as I will put Sparks to shame, again and have the Roller Girls roll her sorry, defeated self out of the venue. I will remain the PWA Elite Women’s Champion”.
